EMA USD (EMAUSD)
A US dollar stablecoin issued by LEANDRO ILIYA TRUST.
The issuer, LEANDRO ILIYA TRUST, says it creates EMAUSD only against US dollars it holds, and destroys EMAUSD that is returned to it for dollars. The code caps the total at 5,000,000,000 EMAUSD. The contracts are published and verified on Etherscan, and every figure below is read live from Ethereum.

How it works
Backed one to one by US dollars, according to the issuer.
EMAUSD uses the same model as the best-known dollar stablecoins: the issuer holds the dollars, minters have fixed limits, and coins are destroyed when people take their dollars back. The reserve is the issuer’s own statement; it is not independently verified (see Reserves).
No EMAUSD was created when the token was launched. The first 100,000,000 EMAUSD were created on 19 October 2026 for the issuer’s own wallet, against the reserve the issuer states it holds (transaction). In the same transaction the minter was removed again. New EMAUSD can only be created by a minter that the issuer’s Safe approves.
Dollars arrive
US dollars are paid to LEANDRO ILIYA TRUST, which states that it holds them as the reserve.
A limit is approved
The trust's Safe, a multi-signature wallet (see Control for how many keys it needs, live), gives a minter a limit. The issuer says the limit equals the dollars received.
EMAUSD is created
The minter creates that amount. The code never lets it create more than its limit, or more than 5,000,000,000 in total.
Redemption
A holder returns EMAUSD to the issuer; the issuer says it pays out the dollars, and the returned EMAUSD is destroyed (you can see that on-chain).
Reserves
What the issuer says it holds.
LEANDRO ILIYA TRUST records a reserve statement inside the EMAUSD contract on Ethereum. It is the issuer's own statement, recorded on-chain. It is not independently verified. The contract only stores the statement; it does not check it, and the statement never changes how EMAUSD is created, sent or destroyed. Everything below is read live.

Pool and price
Trade EMAUSD for USDC on Uniswap.
The official market for EMAUSD is a Uniswap v3 pool that pairs EMAUSD with USDC, with a 0.01% fee on each trade. The issuer's wallet put the liquidity in two narrow ranges around 1 USDC: EMAUSD offered at 1.0000 to 1.0010 USDC, and bought back at 0.9990 to 1.0000 USDC. The figures below are read live from the pool.

How it works for you
Buy, hold and send, sell back.
You need an Ethereum wallet, such as MetaMask, and a little ETH to pay the network fee. Every step is an ordinary Ethereum transaction that you can see on Etherscan and in the live monitor.
Buy
On Uniswap, swap USDC for EMAUSD in the official pool, at about 1 USDC per EMAUSD (plus the 0.01% pool fee).
Hold and send
EMAUSD is a standard ERC-20 token: any Ethereum wallet can hold it and send it. Use "Add EMAUSD to MetaMask" above so your wallet shows it.
Sell back
Swap EMAUSD for USDC in the same pool. The pool can pay out at most the USDC it holds at that moment (shown live above).

Control
Who can do what, checked live.
Every power over EMAUSD is held by a Safe multi-signature wallet of LEANDRO ILIYA TRUST, except the emergency pause. The table reads live how many keys the Safe needs. Changes to the code must wait 6 hours in a public time lock first, so they can be seen before they happen.

Contracts
Published, verified, upgradeable the careful way.
EMAUSD uses an upgradeable proxy, like other major dollar stablecoins: one permanent token address, with the program behind it. The four EMAUSD contracts below (token, program, upgrade admin and time lock) are verified on Etherscan with an exact match. The pool is a standard Uniswap v3 pool made by Uniswap’s own factory; Etherscan shows its code as a “similar match” (the same code as another verified Uniswap v3 pool).

Questions
Short answers.
Is EMAUSD the same as USDC?
No. EMAUSD is a separate token, issued by LEANDRO ILIYA TRUST. It is not USDC, and it is not made, backed or endorsed by Circle. USDC is only the other token in the Uniswap pool, so you can swap one for the other.
What backs EMAUSD?
The issuer states how many US dollars it holds as the reserve for EMAUSD. The latest statement is recorded on Ethereum and shown in Reserves above. It is the issuer's own statement, recorded on-chain; it is not independently verified.
Who can create new EMAUSD?
Only a minter that the issuer's Safe has approved, up to the limit the Safe gives it, and never more than 5,000,000,000 EMAUSD in total. The Safe can remove a minter at any time; the first minter was removed in the same transaction in which it created the first 100,000,000 EMAUSD.

Can the code be changed?
Only through the public time lock. The Safe must first propose the change on Ethereum, and it can be carried out only after 6 hours. During that time anyone can see the proposal, on Etherscan and in the live monitor.
Can transfers be paused, or an address be frozen?
Yes. Like the best-known dollar stablecoins, EMAUSD has these standard controls: an emergency pause of all transfers, held by the issuer's wallet 0x5873…eDC1, and an address freeze, held by the issuer's Safe. The Safe can replace the pause wallet at any time. See Control.

Where can I see the live activity?
In the live monitor: every EMAUSD created or destroyed, every transfer, every swap (with the wallet that traded) and change of liquidity in the pool, every admin action and every change to the signers of the issuer’s Safe, refreshed every 15 seconds. It can miss or delay events; Etherscan is the reference.
